We have something for everyone this summer!
✅ Incoming 7th–12th graders can attend:
💪 Strength & Conditioning
🏀🏐⚾ Summer Skill Work
These workouts are:
✔️ FREE
✔️ No registration required
📅 Begins June 1
⏰ Strength & Conditioning – 8:00 AM
⏰ Skill Work – 9:30 AM
🏀 Basketball skill work will be Tuesdays & Thursdays
🏐⚾ Baseball & Volleyball skill work will be Mondays & Wednesdays

⚾ Baseball Camp — August 4–6
