Transfers
Transfer applications will open on March 16th for returning students only.
As a reminder:
Transfer Applications must be submitted each year.
A separate application must be submitted for each student
Completed applications are due by April 10, 2026 .
The transfer application for students not currently enrolled at RT-C ISD will open in May. Please check back for more details.
To complete the application you will need the following documents:
Final report card and/or transcript from current & previous year
Records of Special Services Provided to the Student
Discipline records from current and previous year
Attendance records from current and previous year
Copy of Students Most Recent State Assessments
Applications and records will be reviewed by the campus transfer committee whose recommendations will be referred to the Superintendent for final decision. Incomplete applications will not be processed. Transfers, if approved, are granted conditionally on students behavior, academic achievement, and attendance. Students who transfer into RT-C ISD must follow all rules and regulations of the district, including, but not limited to, district policies and regulations, the Student Code of Conduct, and academic and attendance expectations.

*RT-C ISD does not provide transportation services to transfer students. Transportation will be the responsibility of the parents/guardians.
