• Transfer Applications must be submitted each year.

• Completed applications and the required supporting documents are due by April 29, 2025 for the 2025-2026 shool year.

  • Required Supporting Documents:

    • Final report card and/or transcript from current/previous year

    • Records of Special Services Provided to the Student

    • Discipline records from current and/or previous two semesters

    • Attendance records from current and/or previous two semesters

    • Copy of Students Most Recent State Assessments

Applications and records will be reviewed by the campus transfer committee whose recommendations will be referred to the Superintendent for final decision. Incomplete applications will not be processed. Transfers, if approved, are granted conditionally on students behavior, academic achievement, and attendance. Students who transfer into RT-C ISD must follow all rules and regulations of the district, including, but not limited to, district policies and regulations, the Student Code of Conduct, and academic and attendance expectations.

*RT-C ISD does not provide transportation services to transfer students. Transportation will be the responsibility of the parents/guardians.
