Students new to RT-C isd must complete enrollment paperwork. In order to complete the enrollment process online, you will need to create an account in ParentPortal. Enrollment packets are also available for downlaod. You will need to print all the documents and complete them in ink. After the enrollment is complete, all students are required to complete online registration as well.

The following documents are required for enrollment purposes:

1. Proof of residence (gas, water, electric bill or current deed/lease to home)

2. Certified copy of birth certificate

3. Copy of social security card

4. Copy of student's immunization record

5. Copy of Parent/Guardian driver's license

6. Proof of income if educationally disadvantaged (PreK only)
