THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF STATE HEALTH SERVICES WILL RETURN TO THE ROUND TOP ELEMENTARY CAMPUS ON FEBRUARY 19, 2010 AT10:00 AM FOR A SECOND H1N1 FLU VACCINATION CLINIC. STUDENTS WHO WERE UNDER THE AGE OF 11 WHEN THEY RECEIVED THEIR FIRST DOSE WILL GET A SECOND DOSE OF THE H1N1 AT THIS TIME. STAFF AND STUDENTS OVER THE AGE OF 10 MAY CHOOSE TO RECEIVE AN H1N1 VACCINATION AT THIS TIME AS WELL. PERMISSION FORMS FOR THE INITIAL VACCINE WILL BE SENT HOME UPON REQUEST. |
